One of my first memories in school, is going to a parent teacher conference in kindergarten and having my teacher tell my parents, "Emma is definitely one of my most talkative, no matter where I move her in class she communicates with everyone!" Throughout my life I have developed this art of being able to communicate with anyone at any given time. From joining the debate team in college, to studying internal and external communication, to working in different careers that allow me to utilize this skill in different ways, I've learned that effective communication is at the core of any successful leader and business.
I have an unwavering passion and energy for people, which has proven a valuable asset in my career. I believe the best customer experiences come from genuine empathy, while always maintaining a friendly, positive and energetic character.

I was part of the founding (pre-opening) team of Baptist Health, where I supervise revenue and reservations operations. As part of the launch, I was responsible for greeting and directing patients to their location, verify insurance and demographic information, accept payments, utilize EPIC to make appointments and input patient data while providing leadership and training to the front office team.

I started my journey in hotels at with River Ponte. This hotel is NYE 's largest flagship property in New York, with over 550 apartments and event spaces. During my time here, I worked in Guest Services, managing all customer-facing aspects of the business. I excelled in this role, consistently leading the high-performing team in monthly revenue targets 6 times in 18 months.
